Live Company Group plc, owners of BRICKLIVE, today announced an agreement with Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) to produce Nickelodeon-themed touring exhibits, created from BRICKLIVE’s popular toy brick and model sets, for additional international territories through 2024.
The news follows successful U.K. BRICKLIVE model tours featuring Nickelodeon’s PAW Patrol at venues including Blackburn Town Centre, Luton Mall, the NEC and Birmingham City Centre, with the new Nick Jr. tour already booked for February and April 2020.
Andy Smith, Deputy Chairman of BRICKLIVE Group said: “We are thrilled to be expanding our IP programme globally, and we are very excited to be working with Nickelodeon International to deliver themed tours of some of their most popular kids’ TV shows. Our relationship with the Nickelodeon UK team has gone from strength to strength, and I’m very grateful that our UK success has enabled the Group to secure rights across additional international markets.”
“The initial feedback from our customers of the PAW Patrol BRICKLIVE Tour in Blackburn Town Centre and Luton Mall this summer was overwhelmingly positive, so to take that success and expand it on a global platform, is transformational for the Group and the BRICKLIVE brand.”
Mark Kingston, Senior Vice President of International, Viacom Nickelodeon Consumer Products, said: “Working together with the BRICKLIVE team these last few months in the UK and seeing the successful launch of the PAW Patrol tour has been amazing. We look forward to expanding our partnership to bring themed exhibits spanning the breadth of Nickelodeon’s dynamic portfolio to even more families across the globe.”
Touring and venues to be announced in due course.
